The highs and the lows
Charming decor and genuine Venetian style! Raffaele’s joyful breakfast service added a personal touch to our mornings! The location couldn’t be better with restaurants and shops just steps away!
A few maintenance issues popped up, like outdated fixtures and the air conditioning struggled on hot nights. Noise from the street disrupted sleep at times, reminding us we were in the heart of the city!

Venice vibes with a view! 🇮🇹
We had the junior suite with the view of the bridge of sighs—absolutely stunning! Raffaele sorted us out brekkie in bed every morning, he was so friendly and even got us an anniversary gift! Room decor was lekker, felt like royalty!
The bathroom could use a bit of a touch-up, like new grout.

We had a lovely stay, mate! Raffaele, the breakfast bloke, was a real gem—always smiling and sorted us out with a feast on the bed. Only downside was the bathroom could do with a bit of sprucing up. top-notch experience!

The junior suite with a stunning view of the Bridge of Sighs was a highlight. Breakfast delivered by Raffaele every morning added a personal touch. he always had a smile and made sure everything was perfect. The Venetian decor in the room made me feel immersed in the rich culture of the city. It had a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. the absence of effective air conditioning made the warmer days uncomfortable. The bathroom, while charming, needed some attention, like new grout. The location is superb, just a quick walk from St Mark's Square, yet the charming private balcony offered a perfect place to unwind. A bit of wear and tear on the furnishings in the room was noticeable, but it didn’t overshadow the overall experience. The vibe felt luxurious, though a bit more care could elevate it to a stunning level.

The charming Venetian decor with dark shades and gold accents created a warm and inviting atmosphere. It made my stay feel authentic and connected me to the rich history of Venice, all while being easily accessible for seniors.
Better air conditioning would enhance comfort for seniors.

Delightful stay with unforgettable views
I had the most charming experience in the Junior Suite with a stunning view of the Bridge of Sighs. Each morning, breakfast was delivered right to my room by Raffaele, who was not only cheerful but also thoughtful in ensuring I had everything I desired for a delightful start to the day. The hotel's decor beautifully reflected authentic Venetian style, making me feel immersed in the culture. I did find the absence of air conditioning a bit challenging during warmer times.

While dining options are limited, breakfast is served daily but could benefit from more variety. I expected more than just the basics. The bathroom design, though quaint, felt cramped, complicating shower use with its odd layout. there were some maintenance issues, like the towel heater not working properly and a few worn spots on furnishings that didn’t quite match the level of comfort I'd hoped for given the price.
